guardado en Tarta Nata Trufa Frutas Naturales

Dispondremos de un bizcocho redondo

Al cual le daremos dos cortes y obtendremos tres discos bizcocho

Con ayuda de una brocha calaremos con azucar y agua a partes iguales
hervidas ambas con un poco de licor si se desea poner.

Montamos trufa liquida la venden ya preparada como la nata y se puede
montar perfectamente al igual que la nata en la batidora de mano.Esta trufa no necesita ponerle azucar la trae incorporada y es rica en chocolate.
Ponemos de relleno una capa de trufa montada.

Encima de esta trufa colocamos un segundo disco de bizcocho y calamos con la brocha y el jarabe de calar.

Ponemos sobre este segundo disco de bizcocho otra capa de trufa montada

Sobre la trufa ponemos el tercer y último disco de bizcocho

Volvemos a calar con la ayuda de la brocha

Ponemos sobre el bizcocho tapandolo por completo trufa montada

Aqui se puede ver perfectamente en las fotos como a la nata no hay que añadirle nada para que quede bien montada solo frio esta nata estubo en el congelador una hora antes de montarla y se montó como podeis apreciar con el brazo de la batidora normal.

Aqui fotos de la nata que usé y la trufa liquida lista para montar.

Aqui está la prueba del delito no se cae del brazo de la batidora una vez montada ni se mueve.

Tiene su pequeño truquito,la nata necesita para montar frio y que le entre aire para que salga con volumen,pues de vez en cuando cuando se está batiendo sacamos el brazo hasta la syuperficie con cuidado que no salpique y le entrará aire por los lados de aqui el que tenga volumen.

Ponemos la nata montada en una manga pastelera con un tubo o boquilla rizada y canteamos todos los bordes,una vez hecho ponemos encima del todo unas pequeñas rosetas de nata decoratibas.

Y asi quedará lista para incorporarle la fruta

tendremos futas cortadas en cuadritos y la ponemos cubriendo toda la parte superior.

Decorar al gusto la de la foto lleva un pequeño muñeco.
